Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a 9 inch pie pan, stir together flour, parmesan cheese and paprika.
  3. Dip potato wedges into milk, then coat with flour mixture.
  4. Place on a 15x10x1 inch jelly roll pan ( cookie sheet ).
  5. Drizzle potatoes with butter.
  6. Bake, turning potatoes over after half the time, for 45 to 50 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender and browned.
