A quick, healthy and tasty way to cook chicken breasts.
Ingredients:
16 ounce chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. chili powder
Directions:
1. Preheat indoor grill
2. Meanwhile, season the chicken breasts using one season/spice at a time. (I use the order in which I listed them).
3. Spray the preheated grill with cooking spray and place chicken breasts on the grill.
4. Close the top and cook chicken breasts for 5 to 8 minutes (depending on the thickness) until completely done.
