For convenience, prepare this to use for dredging meat and poultry. Can be used with bread crumbs to prepare breaded meats.
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
2 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon celery salt
1 tablespoon pepper
2 tablespoons dry mustard
4 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon sweet basil
1/2 teaspoon oregano
Directions:
1. Stir together to blend evenly.
2. Store in a tightly covered jar.
3. For a crumb coating on fish, meat or poultry, combine 1 1/2 TBSPS of seasoned flour with 1 cup of dry bread crumbs.
