Seasoned Chicken With Fruit

Here is something my DS and I threw together last week, Absolutely delicious.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
3 whole peaches, mashed
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 whole chicken (cut into bite size pieces)
Directions:
1. Spray slow cooker with cooking spray.
2. Mix all the ingredients except for chicken in a large bowl.
3. Dip chicken pieces in the sauce and place in slow cooker.
4. Pour remaining sauce over chicken.
5. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours, or until chicken is tender, but not dry.
