Seasame Sauteed Greens
Ingredients:
6 cups kale, trimmed and chopped
1 tsp vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 large onion, sliced
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp sesame seeds, toasted
Directions:
1. Bring 1 cup water to boil in a Dutch oven.
2. Add kale. Cover and cook 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Uncover and cook until water evaporates, about 3 minutes.
4. Heat vegetable oil in a heavy skillet over medium heat. Saute garlic, onion and cayenne 1 minute. Add kale. Cook and stir for 3 minutes.
5. Transfer kale mixture to bowl. Toss with sesame oil. Garnish with seasme seeds.
