Healthy and super quick salmon recipe. Brings out the salmon flavour.
Ingredients:
160 g fresh norwegian (atlantic) salmon
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice
Directions:
1. Rub salmon with lemon juice and salt and pepper
2. Heat pan on medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes. (no oil, butter or pam etc)
3. Place salmon filet in pan, skin side. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
4. Turn salmon over and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
5. If it flakes easily, its done!
