Ingredients:
5 ounce(s) ahi tuna steaks
1 teaspoon(s) kosher sals
1/4 teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper
1/2 tablespoon(s) butter
2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
1 teaspoon(s) whole peppercorns
Directions:
1. Season the tuna with salt and cayene pepper
2. Melt the butter with the olive oil in a skillet over med high heat.
3. Cook the peppercorns in the mixture until they pop and soften about 5 minutes
4. Gently place the seasoned fish in the skillet and cook until desired doneness
5. to 1/2 minutes per side for rare
