Seafood Salad Wrap Sandwiches

Tasty and easy.
Ingredients:
8 large whole wheat tortillas
1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
1 1/2 lbs cooked peeled baby shrimp
1/2 lb imitation crabmeat, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
salt and pepper
1 lb provolone cheese, sliced
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, shrimp and crab meat, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
2. On each wrap lay down cheese slices.
3. Load on salad.
4. Wrap and serve immediately.
