Seafood Salad In Puff Bowl

Great for Brunch or Get togethers
Ingredients:
puff pastry
1/2 cup of water
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp.2 eggs
seafood salad
2 to 21/2 cups cooked shrimp,crabmeat or lobster(can use all 3 or choice)
2 cups thinly sliced celery
1/2 to 2/3 cup mayonnaise or miracle whip( your preference)
1 tbsp. finely chopped green onion
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of black pepper
dash of cayenne (only if you like it )
Directions:
1. Puff Bowl:
2. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
3. Grease pie plate 9x11/4 in.
4. Heat water and butter to rolling boil.
5. Stir in flour and salt.
6. Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball,about 1 min.
7. Cool10 min.
8. Beat in eggs ,all at once, until smooth.
9. Spead dough evenly just to edge of pie plate.
10. Bake until puffed and dry in center. 45 to 55 min.
11. Cool
12. Just before serving, fill with Seafood Salad
13. Garnish with hard-boiled egg slices and parsley
14. Seafood Salad:
15. Mix seafood and celery.
16. Mix remaining ingred.
17. Pour over seafood mixture; toss lightly
