A lovely salad for a summer picnic
Ingredients:
1 (6 ounce) can crabmeat
1 (4 ounce) can shrimp
1 (7 ounce) package frozen scallops, cooked as directed, quartered
4 green onions, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pinch pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 green apples, unpeeled, diced
Directions:
1. combine crab, shrimp, scallops, onion, salt, pepper, oragano, and 1/4 cup mayonaise. Mix well and chill.
2. At serving time add remaining mayonaise and apples.
