This is a nice marinade for any fish. I especially like it on salmon or flounder. Perfect for grilling. You can substitue powdered ginger for fresh, if necessary.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 tablespoon gingerroot, grated
3 tablespoons italian dressing
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in ziplock bag and seal.
2. Shake to mix.
3. Add fish and allow to marinade for 30 minutes in refrigerator.
