Ingredients:
1c heavy cream
2 stick(s) butter-divided
1/2 c bread crumbs
garlic
1 pound(s) lobster
salt/pepper
1 pound(s) scallops
1 pound(s) shrimp
2 sleeves ritz crackers
Directions:
1. Chop seafood into bite size pieces. Saute shrimp and scallops in 1 stick butter w/garlic, salt & pepper. At the end stir in lobster meat and 1c heavy cream. Pour into 9 x 13 baking dish.
2. Melt 1 stick butter in large bowl. Combine crushed Ritz and bread crumbs into the butter. Pour over seafood mixture and bake at 350 for 45 min. Enjoy!
