Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown ground beef and onion in pan over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Drain. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Add Nature's Seasons seasoning blend and oregano to ground beef. Let simmer over medium heat, add tomato sauce, simmer on medium low until the moisture is absorbed and no longer saucy. While the meat sauce is simmering toast English muffins.
  3. Place 1 or 2 heaping tablespoons of meat mixture over toasted English muffin halves and top with a slice of American cheese.
  4. Or you can put the cheese in between layers of meat so the cheese will not stick to the roof of your mouth.
  5. Place on a cookie sheet and bake in oven until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
  6. NO Substitutions or it will not taste as it should.
