Scrambled Eggs With Diced Bread

Ingredients:
1 medium egg
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon water
1 slice whole wheat bread (dried in oven or toaster, made into croutons)
1/4 teaspoon minced fresh herb (parsley, chives, rosemary, or dash of fried herbs to taste)
Directions:
1. Break an egg into bowl; add salt, pepper, and water. Beat thoroughly. Pour into small preheated nonstick skillet. Cook over moderate heat, stirring gently. When egg is almost done, sprinkle with croutons and herbs. Scramble and serve.
