Ingredients:
3 tablespoon(s) chopped black olives
4 eggs
1 pinch(s) pepper
1 pinch(s) salt
1 teaspoon(s) stone ground mustard
1 slice(s) yellow american cheese
Directions:
1. Scramble the eggs. Add the salt and pepper and cook over low heat until it starts to firm but is still moist and a bit runny. Stir the mustard in. Add the cheese and stir until it melts. Add the olives, stir and serve.
