Ingredients:
3 oz pork sausage
2 eggs
4 egg whites
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup oatmeal
Directions:
1. Fry pork sausage links. Reserve half a link for each muffin cup. Dice before adding.
2. Combine remaining ingredients and divide into 6 (Pam sprayed) muffin cups. Add diced sausage.
3. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until eggs are fluffy.
4. Top with your choice of cheese, if desired.
