Scottye's Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients:
1/8 cup(s) canola oil
1/4 cup(s) chopped cilantro
4 cup(s) cooked rice
2 tablespoon(s) garden blend chili peppers
10 green peppers, seeded and blanched
1.5 pound(s) ground chuck
2 cup(s) mexican shredded cheese
1 jar(s) pace's medium picante sauce
salt to taste
1 pound(s) sweet italian sausage
2 sweet yellow onions, chopped
Directions:
1. Saute chopped onion in canola oil till clear and golden. Add sausage and beef and brown. Strain fat off. Put into large bowl and add cheese, picante sauce, rice, cilantro, Garden Blend, and salt. Spoon meat mixture into cooled peppers and freeze or cook for 30 min at 350.
