Can be served as antipasto or separated meal. You can replace zucchini by onion or tomatoes as well.
Ingredients:
350 g squash
350 ml water
2 teaspoons salt
50 ml olive oil
200 g flour
Directions:
1. In one bowl mix together water, olive oil, salt and in the end flour.
2. Then add sliced squash and mix it well.
3. Put the mixture in a baking pan 20x30cm.
4. Bake 40minutes in 230'C.
