Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
150 ml natural yoghurt
15 ml apple juice (or more to taste)
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3 tablespoons pecan nuts
Directions:
1. Blitz together the first 4 ingredients.
2. Add the pecans and give a final blitz.
3. Pour into a tall glass and dust with cinnamon.
