This is what I have in the morning to keep up my calories. I have tried more peanut butter, but it upsets my stomach.
Ingredients:
1 cup yogurt whole milk plain
1 cup orange juice
1 cup frozen blackberries unsweetened
2 tbsp peanut butter
4 oz dry curd cottage cheese
