Ingredients:

  • 12 oz. shrimp
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Saute shrimp in Olive oil for 1.5 minutes per side
  2. Drain off oil
  3. Add wine, lemon juice, garlic and parsley.
  4. After liquid is half gone, turn down heat and add butter.
  5. Serve over pasta
