Scallops With Zucchini

A very delicious, easy to make supper. The zucchini and scallops are in a flavorful tomato sauce.
Ingredients:
2 medium zucchini, cut into 2 inch strips
3 teaspoons olive oil
salt and pepper
1 1/2 lbs scallops
2 teaspoons butter
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 green onions, sliced
1 large tomato, diced
grated fresh parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. In large skillet, heat olive oil, add zucchini, salt and pepper, cook 3 minutes.
2. Remove zucchini from pan.
3. Add scallops to pan.
4. Cook until no longer opaque (about 5 minutes).
5. Put with zucchini.
6. Add butter to skillet.
7. Add garlic, green onions and tomato.
8. Bring to a boil.
9. boil 1 minute.
10. Add zucchini and scallops.
11. Heat through.
12. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
