Scallops with Wasabi and Ginger

I copied it off foodtv. can't remember who or all the details. I would think of this more as an appetizer but having never made it.
Ingredients:
12 shucked scallops
1 minced shallot
1 teaspoon minced ginger
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon wasabi
Directions:
1. Mix all together and spoon on top of scallops.
2. Garnish with a little more wasabi.
3. Plate on crushed ice or rock salt.
