Scallops With Creamy Bacon Sauce

This is Quick easy starter,that will make your guest WOW!!! Great with a lovely Australian Dry White wine.
Ingredients:
2 rashers of bacon-diced
300g of scallops-roe removed
2 button mushrooms-thin sliced
1 small white onion-small dice
1 clove of garlic-crushed
2 tbsp dry white wine
3/4 cup cream
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions:
1. Cook bacon(reserve the oil)
2. Cook Scallops in the bacon oil over a medium heat until Opaque.
3. remove from and keep warm
4. Add mushrooms, garlic, onion,bacon and wine cook for a minute or 2.
5. Add the cream and reduce
6. Add the scallops into the pan warm thru
7. Serve with Crusty bread
