Scalloped Spinach

Try this one on your spinach haters.
Ingredients:
2 10 ounce packages frozen chopped spinach
3 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 tbsp chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp melted butter
Directions:
1. Cook spinach using package directions then drain very well.
2. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
3. Add milk, the 1/2 cup cheese, onion, salt and pepper and mix.
4. Stir in the well drained sprinach.
5. Pour into a greased 8 inch square or 7x11 baking dish.
6. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
7. Combine crumbs, the 1/4 cup cheese, and butter.
8. Sprinkle over the spinach.
9. Bake for 10 to 15 more minutes. A knife inserted near the center should come out clean when it is done.
10. Let stand 5 minutes then serve.
