SCALLOPED POTATOES AND CORN This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Blake Estate in Terrell, Texas in 1984.
Ingredients:
4 medium potatoes diced
1 can cream style corn
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Directions:
1. Butter baking dish and place a layer of diced potatoes then a layer of corn.
2. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika.
3. Repeat layers until all ingredients have been used.
4. Pour milk over top then bake at 350 for 1 hour.
