Ingredients:
1 garlic clove, halved
1 butter-flavored cooking spray
6 medium (peeled) red potatoes, cut into 1/8 inch slices
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup shredded gruyere cheese
1 cup skim milk
Directions:

7. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
8. Rub an 11 x 7 inch baking dish with cut sides of garlic halves; discard garlic. Coat dish with cooking spray.
9. Arrange half of potatoes in dish; drizzle with 1 tablespoon butter. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Top with half of the cheese. Repeat this procedure, ending with the cheese on top.
10. Bring milk to a boil over low heat in small saucepan; pour over potato mixture. Bake, uncovered, for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
