This is a perfectly gourmet way to begin an elegant meal.
Ingredients:
3-pints of fresh oysters
1 tablespoon live-a-little mango lime
4 cup of keebler cracker crushed
1 1/2 cup butter land or lakes
2 1/4 of borders half + half
1 teaspoon of heinz worcestershire sauce
mccormick salt & peppers
heinz worcestershire sauce
Directions:
1. Drain oysters reserving 3/4 cup natural juices
2. combine crackers and butter and layer with oysters in a 6-cup (1.42L) FoldTuk
3. pour half + half cream combined with the oyster’s juice over top.
4. Sprinkle Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper to taste.
5. Add the mango lime, combine more crackers over top.
6. Bake 40 minutes at 350°.
