Scalloped Eggs And Bacon

This is an incredible egg dish sure to please all. It's a great breakfast, brunch or dinner delight sure to please all. We love it and eat it often. Hope you enjoy as much as we do.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1-1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup shredded american cheese
1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
6 hard cooked eggs sliced
12 slices bacon crisp cooked and crumbled
1-1/2 cups crushed potato chips
Directions:
1. Cook onion in butter until tender but not brown then stir in flour and add milk all at once.
2. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly then cook and stir 2 minutes more.
3. Add cheeses and stir until melted.
4. Place half of the sliced eggs in the bottom of a baking dish then pour half of the cheese sauce over.
5. Sprinkle with half of the crumbled bacon and half of the crushed potato chips.
6. Repeat layers and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
