Ingredients:
3 hard boiled eggs
2 cups white sauce
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 tbs butter
3/4 cup cooked material of your choice (if desired) -- ground ham, flaked fish, crab meat or chopped chicken
Directions:
1. Arrange alternate layer of sliced eggs and the other cooked material in a buttered baking dish. Pour white sauce over the mixture; cover with bread crumbs, dot with butter, and brown in a moderate oven. Serve in the baking dish as a main for a luncheon or supper.
