This is a variation on a recipe I found in the Pillsbury Cookbook.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup margarine or 1/4 cup butter
1 (16 ounce) can cream-style corn
1/2 cup mild cheddar cheese
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
Directions:
1. Butter a 1 quart casserole.
2. Saute onion and green pepper in margarine or butter until tender.
3. Stir in remaining ingredients.
4. Pour into prepared casserole.
5. Bake at 375 for 35 to 40 minutes.
