Made this up to serve with teriyaki pork chops, and szechuan green beans. I personally use the frozen garlic cubes from Trader Joes- no prep needed!
Ingredients:
2 cups brown rice
2 cups chopped green onions
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon lime juice
Directions:
1. Cook rice according to directions.
2. Add onion, garlic, sesame oil, and lime juice.
3. Mix well.
4. Cover and let sit for 7 minutes.
5. Salt to taste.
