From Every Day with Rachael Ray. February 2007. I'll serve this with fried tofu.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 finely chopped scallion
1/4 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients.
2. Serve as a dipping sauce for tofu, potstickers, dumplings or egg rolls.
