Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease loaf pan (8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inches.
  3. Mix all ingredients in bowl thoroughly.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Press firmly in loaf pan.
  6. Bake until turkey is no longer pink and mixture is firm, about 1 1/4 hours.
  7. Let stand 10 minutes.
  8. Top each serving with catsup if desired.
  9. Note: Recipe can be doubled.
  10. Bake in waxed paper-lined 6 cup ring mold about 1 1/4 hours.
