Savory Salmon Asparagus Tart

Very simple and elegant!
Ingredients:
20 stalks asparagus, cut into 3 inch pieces
1 refrigerated pie crust
8 ounces salmon, flaked (not canned)
3 eggs
2/3 cup half-and-half
2 scallions, chopped
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Put crust in a large tart pan-be sure it goes up the sides.
3. Prick the bottom of the crust with a fork.
4. Put asparagus in crust and bake on a baking sheet for 15 minutes.
5. Remove from oven and lower temp to 350.
6. Add salmon and scallions to shell.
7. Arrange asparagus around shell in “spokes”.
8. Mix eggs and cream together and pour into pie shell.
9. Bake tart 35 minutes longer until filling sets.
