Savory Parmigiano-Reggiano Spread

Delicious on sandwiches, or spread on toasted Italian bread, with a glass of wine. I used to make this in the store during my Cheese Lady career.
Ingredients:
1 (13 3/4 ounce) can water-packed artichoke hearts
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup freshly grated parmigiano-reggiano cheese
Directions:
1. Drain artichoke hearts and chop into small pieces.
2. Stir together, artichokes, mayonnaise and Cheese.
3. Cover and refrigerate.
