Savory Corn Bread Stuffing

This piticular recipe is wonderful to use as a turkey stufffing.
Ingredients:
1 pound of fresh mushrooms, sliced (about 4 cups)
1 cup of chopped celery
3/4 cup of chopped onion
1/2 cup of margarine or butter
1 1/2 teaspoons of poultry seasoning
1 pound of bulk sausage, browned and drained
4 chicken flavored bouillion cubes (or the bouillion paste its a few dollars more but taste 10 times better)
1 2/3 cups of bolling water
1 16oz package of corn bread stuffing mix
Directions:
1. Make the corn bread stuffiing mix according to the box directions
2. In a large skillet, cook mushrooms, celery, and the onion in margarine/butter until tender, add in the poultry seasoning cook for another 2 minutes
3. In a large bowl dissolve bouillion cubes/paste in the 1 2/3 cups of boiling water
4. After the bouillion is dissolved add in the sausage, corn bread stuffing, and the skillet mixture
5. Mix well
6. Loosely stuff the turkey just before roasting
7. Place the remaining stuffing (if there is any) in a greased baking dish and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until hot
