Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook and drain sausage. Spray a round pizza pan with olive oil and form a pizza shell on the pan. Scatter sausage over dough, sprinkle potatoes over that, and then half the cheddar. Mix egga, milk and seasonings and pour on top of cheese. Scatter the rest of the cheese on top and bake at 375 for 25 minutes. Scatter as much Parmesan as looks good to you and bake until crust is done, cheese is lightly brown, and eggs are set. Let cool 5 minutes, slice and serve. Nice with fresh fruit.
