I was moving and needed to clean out the frig. you know the story. I found some radishes and onions and here is what I came up with.
Ingredients:
4 medium red radishes, thinly sliced
1/4 small onion, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon sweet & low sugar substitute
1 tablespoon zesty italian dressing
2 teaspoons margarine
Directions:
1. Over medium heat, Melt margarine in a small skillet.
2. Add sugar and italian dressing and blend well.
3. Add radishes and onions and cook until vegetables are tender or cooked to desired doneness.
