Ingredients:
1 bunch of kale
1 t olive oil
2-3 garlic cloves
1/3 c tahini
1/3 c tamari
1/3 c lemon juice
1/4 c water
1-2 t pure maple syrup
Directions:
1. Chop kale into thin slices and let sit for 5-10 minutes.
2. Saute the kale on med. heat in olive oil and garlic with a splash of water for 4-5 min.
3. Pour remaining ingredients in a blender or processer.
4. Blend and pour on kale. Enjoy!
