Sauteed Kale With Maple Syrup |

Distance running can be hard on the body, kale's flavonoids help to combat inflammation and oxidative stress. Ingredients:
1 bunch of kale |
1 t olive oil |
2-3 garlic cloves |
1/3 c tahini |
1/3 c tamari |
1/3 c lemon juice |
1/4 c water |
1-2 t pure maple syrup |
Directions:
1. Chop kale into thin slices and let sit for 5-10 minutes. 2. Saute the kale on med. heat in olive oil and garlic with a splash of water for 4-5 min. 3. Pour remaining ingredients in a blender or processer. 4. Blend and pour on kale. Enjoy! |
