Sauteed Daylilies

Sorry, I've not made this. So I can't answer any questions that you may have.
Ingredients:
10 -12 large daylily flower buds
2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
2 whole scallions, minced
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano or 1/2 teaspoon tarragon
salt & pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Trim the stems from the buds.
2. Rinse in cold water and pat dry on paper towels.
3. In a skillet, melt butter and saute scallions for 2 to 3 minutes.
4. Add buds, parsley, oregano (or tarragon), salt and pepper.
5. Saute and stir for 5 minutes, just until tender.
