Sauteed Carrots With Sage

You can easily double,tripe or quadruple this small-yield recipe to feed more.
Ingredients:
1 tsp butter
1 tsp olive oil
1-1/2 c diagonally cut carrots
2 tbs water
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 tsp fresh small sage leaves
Directions:
1. Melt butter in large nonstick skillet over med. heat. Add oil to pan;swirl to coat. Add carrots and 2 Tbs. water. Partially cover pan and cook 10 mins or till carrots are almost tender. Add salt and pepper to pan and increase to med-high heat.
2. Cook 4 mins or till carrots are tender and lightly browned,stirring frequently.
