Ingredients:
2 tablespoon(s) butter or olive or spray
1 pound(s) red onions, zucchini, asparagus, bell peppers), coarsely chopped
1/2 pound(s) green beans
1/4 cup(s) fresh basil, chopped (optional)
clove(s) garlic, finely chopped
Directions:
1. Heat butter in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook vegetables and green beans, stirring occasionally, until tender-crisp.
2. Combine basil with garlic in small bowl, then evenly sprinkle over vegetables. Cook 1 minute.
