Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms

These are really good and i sometime use the portabello mushrooms and each one was more of a meal than an appertizer.
Ingredients:
1/2 pound pork sausage
4 ounces of cream cheese softened
1 8 ounce package of fresh mushrooms (or portabellini mushrooms)
dash of red pepper flakes, or dash of hot pepper sauce
1-2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. 1. Preheat the oven to 400 F or you can broil them for 2-3 minutes.
2. 2. Cook the sausage meat until evenly brown and drain off excess fat.
3. 3. Mix the cream cheese with the sausage meat and add red pepper flakes or hot sauce to taste.
4. 4. Stuff the mushrooms with the mixture and cook.
