Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Make sure sausage is thoroughly cooked and drained then set aside
  2. Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees
  3. Mix sausage with chopped peppers, onions, cheeses, and salad dressing
  4. Lightly grease a muffin pan with cooking spray
  5. Press wonton wrappers one at a time into each cup See Photo
  6. Spray with cooking oil and bake 3-5 min.
  7. Remove wontons from oven , fill with sausage mixture and place on cookie sheet
  8. Bake in oven 5 min. until bubbly
  9. Makes around 4 dozen. Can prepare shells and filling the day before- keep filling refrigerator and shells covered in bag until ready to use.
