Quick and easy breakfast item!
Ingredients:
6 large eggs
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon mustard
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 slices bread - cubed
1 lb. pork sausage
Directions:
1. Brown sausage and drain grease. Mix eggs, milk and mustard thoroughly. Add cheese, bread cubes and sausage, stir until coated with egg mixture. Pour into greased casserole, cover and refrigerator overnight.
2. When ready to bake, place in cold oven, turn temp to 350 degrees and bake for 45 minutes or until eggs are set.
