Sausage & Rice Casserole

another one from mom, kids love this and it's easy! prep & cook time does not include browning of sausage or fixing rices
Ingredients:
2 lbs browned & drained pork sausage (i use 1 hot & 1 mild)
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded american cheese (sometimes i use mild cheddar)
1 (3 ounce) can mushroom pieces, do not drain
1 (2 ounce) jar chopped pimiento, drained
2 cups cooked wild rice
2 cups cooked white rice
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a 9 X 13 pan.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
3. Sprinkle with shredded cheese as soon as comes out of oven.
4. This is good served with a salad and French bread.
