Directions:

  1. Layer potatoes, onions, and sausage in a 9 x 13 inch pan or baking dish, breaking up sausage into small bite-size pieces.
  2. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for about 1-11/4 hours. Toss around every 15-20 minutes. Uncover after about 30-40 minutes, so everything can brown some. Bake until sausage is cooked through and potatoes are tender. (If it is browning too much, cover again.)
