Sausage Potato Bake

Ingredients:

  • 2 large potatoes
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Coat a medium sized casserole dish with non stick spray.
  3. Remove sausage meat from casings and divide into bite sized pieces.
  4. Place meat, potatoes and apples into dish.
  5. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over contents in baking dish.
  6. Bake covered 50-60 minutes or until potatoes are cooked.
