Southern comfort food. A good change of pace. A tasty and filling breakfast that will make your tummy happy. Ingredients:
4 tablespoons butter |
1/2 pound original recipe pork sausage roll |
1/4 cup flour, all-purpose |
2 cups milk |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
8 prepared biscuits |
Directions:
1. Fry sausage in butter until brown; add salt and pepper. 2. Mix 2/3 cup milk and the flour together; set astde. 3. Add 1 1/3 cups milk to the sausage and heat to just under a boil. 4. Add the milk and flour mixture; stir until thickened. 5. Serve hot over biscuits. Refrigerate leftovers. |
